Settings Overview
Jaade's settings are organized into sections, reachable from the left sidebar (Settings) or the command palette ("open settings"). You can also ask Jaade Bot to change most settings for you in plain language.

Sensitive settings
Some settings are marked sensitive — API keys and auth tokens, sandbox and permission-affecting flags, agent binary paths, and developer tools. These require an explicit confirmation to change, and Jaade Bot won't flip them without you asking directly.
Settings that need a restart
A few toggles require restarting the app to take effect — notably the experimental Tasks, SSH, OpenCode, and Cursor features. Jaade tells you when a restart is needed. See Features.
